At Shimano, we stand behind the precision and performance of our cycling and fishing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and technical manuals, into the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
